Are You Getting Paid by Epic Direct (Azoogle)?
I'm not... Why is Epic Direct (Azoogle) not paying? A couple of months ago they said it was "system problems" but they would've fixed that by now. Something is fishy... Are they struggling financially? It's a kick in the balls to their affiliates. They know they shouldn't treat them like that so it must be some problems. Anyone know what's really going on with payments there?

they are going to lose a lot of traffic with the payment delays. Stupid move unless they are going belly up soon.

I would say they have some money problems. I just stopped all campaigns with them.. It sucks because I convert WAY better with them and have made alot of money there. I think I will wait to see the outcome before doing anything else.
They have missed 4 payments for me. I am on weekly net 5. I do not get any replied from my AM or Emails. I also got the "System Issues" excuse a few months back.

I call BS. If they are doing it manually there is no way they could pay affiliates on weekly or bi weekly... As of right now, they cant even pay monthly.

(4:27 PM): What's up with payments? Its been 4 weeks since the original date they I was supposed to get paid. I am supposed to be weekly net 5.
EpicTeam85094:34 pm
(4:37 PM): we had a delay
(4:42 PM): and they are going out manually
B3dmarketing4:34 pm
(4:47 PM): I see that.
EpicTeam85094:34 pm
(4:57 PM): and our finance team can only process so many a day
(4:59 PM): you will get paid
(4:06 PM): but the date is unknown
(4:11 PM): sometime soon
B3dmarketing4:35 pm
(4:14 PM): Well then how do you plan to pay weekly and bi weekly affiliates?

February 11th, 2012, 03:10 AM #5This is true. I haven't spoken to them yet but they owe from last month's payment, and in the payments section of my profile, the payment is now missing, but my old ones are still there. It's odd, a year ago they were right on time with everything.I call BS. If they are doing it manually there is no way they could pay affiliates on weekly or bi weekly... As of right now, they cant even pay monthly.

Yeah, they still haven't paid me for May.
Also, my friend earned like $10k in April and got some of it charged back because of suspicious browser behavior or whatever. Getting a small percentage of leads charged back is completely normal for EpicDirect, anyone who does good volume with them should know what I'm talking about. Anyway, they still owed him $8k or $9k and of course they didn't pay him on May 30th like they were supposed to. Finally, in late June they sent him an email saying that they were going to ban him because of those browser issues. Keep in mind that he had been running traffic all through May and June up until that point, because every month they charge back some leads and they never ban you unless like 20% or more of your leads are fraud. Also, his leads weren't classified as fraud, they were classified as "suspicious browser activity", which basically means like duplicated User-Agents or something, I don't know. So they basically just got as much traffic from him as they possibly could without paying. Also, the month before April he only earned like $2k, and he had a small portion of his leads charged back, but they didn't ban him that time.

I've read everywhere they are having problems with payments. Probably some internal company issues

I get the sense that some people (the big hitters) are still getting paid on time and everyone else isn't. I'm only doing $xx,xxx per month with them. The irony is going to be when Epic folds and they don't make that last payment, then the big boys (and girls) are going to get hurt much worse than the rest of us combined, but they don't see it coming since they're getting paid; everything is fine in their world....... They should be concerned too about all of these people not getting paid and put some pressure on the company to do the right thing. Might just expedite the enevitable though....... (canary in the coal mine.......)

What's the reason they are giving people for the delay that's been going on for month's now? I have not heard a clear, logical explanation, so my antennae are up... Just wish someone would explain what's really going on... Don't you think a legit co. with nothing to hide would get out in front of something like this and COMMUNICATE with their affiliates on a regular basis about what's going on, how and when it will be resolved, etc... They're had no "official" statement that I've seen...
