    "Search Plus Your World" “Consumes” Competitor's Traffic

    Google makes another step further for complete Internet domination.

    According to a Facebook analytics company called PageLever, since the day"Search Plus Your World" was launched in January, 2012 Facebook's traffic has taken a steady nosedive.
    The same trend seems to be followed by Bing's referral traffic.

    New statistics of PageLever, that analyzed 500 Facebook fan pages with at least 10,000 fans, shows that before January, Google drove 9.25 percent of external traffic to Facebook and now it drives just 4.52 percent. That means, since "Search Plus Your World" appeared, referral traffic to Facebook has failed of late, twofold.

    The inside search "Search Plus Your World" is active for 5 months already. It customizes search results and integrates content from Google Plus into users' queries.
