Dmitry Medvedev (Russian famous politician who was the Russian Federation President (2008-2012), now he is Prime Minister) has decided to have his own channel on YouTube. It was mentioned about this in “Izvestia” (“News”) newspaper, referring to Natalya Timakova (Russian White House spokesman).
Robert Shleger (the Russian Federation State Duma deputy) thinks that separate channel on YouTube will represent Russian Prime Minister as an open new generation public person. He has also marked out that Dmitry Medvedev has already his own open video-blog that is quite successful. Nevertheless, he has accented the service globality importance. “YouTube is the very thing that is used by all people all over the world”, said the deputy. According to him, the blog is worth also keeping in English.
There is also the news that Russian White House will also have a separate Twitter account. According to Anton Korobkov-Zemlyansky (the Russian Federation Civic Chamber member), official information, announcements, press-releases and papers signing will be published there.
Natalya Timakova has also shared the plans on Dmitry Medvedev personal site development. She has also explained that the necessity in site upgrading is caused by Prime Minister presence in this network. On this site there will be links to other official profiles of the politician in the internet.
