Google AdWords Is Releasing New Report — Auction Insights
The day, when AdWords marketers may stop refreshing of all their keywords, will come soon.
Google publishes new synopsis to help marketers understand the positions of his ads and compare them with the competitors'.
Group product manager for AdWords, Bhanu Narasimhan, informed, 'For the basic keyword the marketer can the present situation in a particular auction for all of the competitors.'
The company representative emphasises that the information given in the report can be easily checked on Google.com. Furthermore, the report won't contain any records about the competitors’ keywords or quality.
The new data will be provided on five different criteria:
Impression: the percentage of sum-total impressions; Average position: the average position of your ads comparing to the competitors'; Overlap factor: how often your ads match with the rest; Position above standard: how often your ads in excess of the rest; Top of page percent: how often your ads take the first position on the page.
The report will become free-for-all in coming days and will contain only highly-trafficked keywords. At the present day, the marketers can see only one keyword at one go.
