    ‘F_ck Yeah!’ The Major Trend of Tumblr

    More than 100 blogs per days over the 55 million plus blogs hosted by Tumblr can be categorized as blogs of the “Fuck Yeah” trend, which is present on Tumblr since 2007.

    Currently, Tumblr hosts over 55 million blogs from which over 100 daily blogs are part of the so called “Fuck Yeah” trend.

    In fact, if you happen to love something, for instance, dogs or a singer, there is a blog dedicated to various multimedia, including GIFs and photos to that certain thing.

    Similarly to some other viral web phenomena (What Should We Call Me, or Sh*t Girls Say, for instance) one single idea led to numerous different versions of a one general concept. It is a trend which has spread on Tumblr ever since 2007.

    Tumblr claims they cannot explain why this trend went viral, but apparently it was inspired by Fuck Yeah Sharks.
