The brand engagement on the Google+ has gone up to 112 percent and there are good tendencies to its increasing.
According to Simply Measured report, Google+ has really good prospects for success. It can be especially applied to companies that use Google+ Pages as a part of their strategy for social media marketing.
Basing on the information for the last three months, brand engagement on Google+ Pages has increased up to 112%. Different companies have realized the prospects of customers being on the site, enjoying the shared content on the Google+ Pages. Activity increase around Google+ Pages is quite predictable. However, the amount of engaged customers is still lower comparing to other social sites.
The following information was found out after application of Simply Measured analytical instrument to the list of businesses: 64 % of them now possess Google+ Pages, comparing to 61 % that was in one month after Page launch. Still, such engagement has been enough improved. Simply Measured has showed that measured images which brands have been sharing, have received about 200,000 combined interactions, +1s, comments and shares.
It is also worth pointing out that average engagement per each content has vastly increased. As for video content, it has also improved, from 66 interactions with followers per post to over than 115. The same growth has happened also to images, links to website content and status changes.
With the efforts to make content shared on Google+ easier for interaction, there has been a constant battle since the last June appearance of this platform. It gives users an opportunity to share content on Google network directly from their inboxes by clicking +1 or commenting it.
